They want peace & quiet in a college town?
This "ordinance" is broken all the time in Ithaca.
BTW the ordinance is actually 2 put together on the spot by the officer who testified that he thought it was a good idea to make some new law.
I went thru the ordinances with him looking for how it applied to me.
The ordinance has to do with Soliciting, NA as there is NO money involved
It has to do with Amplified sound NA as I was not using one.
Seems the only one being unlawful was the city trying to apply an ordinance that 1) does not exist (combo)
2) does not apply.
