Check it out a little more thoroughly, please.  Ask your pastor.  The PCA 
does practice infant baptism.  Covenant theology is what they use to teach 
infant baptism.  They follow the Westminster confession which teaches that 
children of believers should be admitted to a particular congregation by the 
sacrament of baptism.  I have been through a PCA membership class too.  :-)
