I’m serious.  Name a city or a country that isn’t the pits.  Seriously; I’d really like to know because I can’t think of one and I’m sure there must be. I thoroughly admire Colin Powell and Condy Rice.  But they aren’t mayors or presidents, yet anyway.  (Hopefully, Condy will change all that.
