You already said this in your original post, John.  No, there is no need for 
me to rethink my response.  You just do not seem to understand, that if 
there is no punctuation in the Greek, and you add punctuation to make the 
text say something other than how it reads in the Greek (btw, Greek has 
endings of words which act in ways that punctuation does for English), then 
you have NOT quoted the text verbatim.  In other words, it is NOT "an exact 
quotation -- at least as much so as a translation can be."  Either you do 
not understand Greek and translating Greek as well as you have represented 
yourself, or you are being dishonest, or you are just plain stupid.  Since 
we don't allow ad hominem remarks here, I'm not taking a position on this, 
but you really should rethink your response (IMHO).
