DAVEH: Is that so much different than many of the Jews a couple thousand
years ago failing to recognize Jesus as their Messiah?
Dave, quite different.
The Jews had the words of God's holy prophets to use to anticipate and
recognize the Messiah, mormons have the occultic teachings of a false
prophet in a plaigerized book.
The jews had Solomon's temple, built in the fashion of the tabernacle set
up in the wilderness at God's command where they performed sacrifices in the
courtyard, and priests tended the golden candlestick, the table of
shewbread, and the golden censer in the holy place, and in the holy of
holies in which, once a year, the blood of a sacificed goat was sprinkled on
the mercy of the Ark of the Covenant to a tone for the sins of the nation of
Israel, and where the high priest would meet with God, while mormons have
contrived temples in which they perform cultic rituals. These contrived
temples, by the way, have nothing at all in common with any of the Jewish
temples, rites, or ceremonies, old testament, inter-testament, or new
testament. They a moronic Masonic cultic fusion of confusion.
Finally, TA-DAAA, some of the jews did not recognize the messiah, because
they were expecting a victorious leader, not a suffering servant, plus, to
acknowledge the messiah would, for the spiritual leaders of the day, destroy
the deception they had going, while people who were doomed to become mormons
were not expecting anything, but were duped into following a false religion,
lulled in by the promise of becoming a god (for the men) or one of many
spirit wives (for the women), provided they perform the right works in the
temple (ordnances) and give the right amount of money (the tithe), and
"raise their hands to the square" while invoking the name of Lucifer (the
mormon jesus' brother).
Yep, big differences, I'd say..

My rantings with Dave, I feel, are not directly with Dave himself, but are

because Paul wrote:
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities,
against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against
spiritual wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6:12.
