DAVEH:   For one thing, Lance.....half the time I don't know to whom you are addressing your questions.  I receive about 200 emails a day now, and seldom read the subject lines, and simply delete the messages if I don't see anything in the body that seems pertinent to me.  So....IF you want a response, please mention my name close to the top of the message.     Second....I often times do not quite understand what you are trying to convey.   Your below post is a good example.  I have no idea to which post you want me to respond.  I remember you sending me something last weekend while I was out of town, but I did not respond to it.  It is still located on my other computer that I can't access until I get back to it.  So....please post your initial question again.     Third.....I've been having trouble getting enough sleep at night, due to all the stuff I've felt compelled to respond to as it is.  I simply can't respond to everything in a timely manner.
