We have discussed this in the past with Dave Hansen on this list.  Such a 
reading is a non-sequitur argument.  The passage does not say, "he that 
believeth and is not baptized will be damned."  Therefore, it does not teach 
that salvation is impossible without baptism.  All it does is promise that 
those who hear the preaching and believe and are baptized will be saved.  It 
also indicates that those who do not believe what is being preached will be 
damned.  The situation of believing and not being baptized is not addressed 
by the passage.

If this is being said in jest, I caution you like I did John that you should 
be very careful and refrain from this.  Remember the commandment not to take 
the Lord's name in vain.  It is very important for people to separate their 
opinions from that which was revealed to them through the Holy Spirit, lest 
we attribute false revelations to God and falsely represent him to others. 
This would be a very serious crime.
