It just might be that our repentance is called for in > order to achieve some reconciliation. > > Thoughts? cd: Lance I can agree that there were many wrongs towards women by Catholic and Protestants alike mostly out of ignorance which was used for meanness that has lead to the modern fem. movement women with a desire for power and control and to be more sympathic toward other groups such as Homosexuals-What one sows he will also reap-.But I also believe that the true church also existed with the so-called Christian world that followed the teachings of the Holy Spirit and made room for the rights of women as given by God.David gave a good example of this which is in agreement with Adam Clark that allows for women to run the house hold.The bible speaks of women prophetess ,deacons, and teachers but the women is not to have authority over the male-unless possibly in the household itself. Any help anyone can give on this subject would be appreciated.
