New users reading some installation page won't see both scripts, because there
is just a link to one of them. And please don't forget sites like
http://wiki.ubuntuusers.de/Tryton
http://debian.asconix.com/tryton-debian-lenny-howto
http://tryton.origo.ethz.ch
...
For me it is not a good idea to break those tutorials without a strong need.

The script is not only used by developers. The name tryton-download describes
exactly, what it does. I can not see any name conflict.
