Has ClosedERP patched the client side, too? For the server side SO_KEEPALIVE may be a good idea to detect non-responding clients and release resources (threads, logins, etc.) For the client side I see no benefit: If the connection is lost, the client starts a new one already. > I think it could also help to pass some restricted firewall.
