I thought this kind of thing will be computed with some complex equation (on
the server side) and stored in the database.

Any way, I don't see this kind of stuff included in the Tryton client.


Maybe we need client modules :D, is it imaginable ?

For your requirement, there is already some tools available like

- matplotlib: http://matplotlib.sourceforge.net/
- Enthought Tool Suite: http://www.enthought.com/products/index.php

+1 for re-using existing stuffs, plotting data correctly is a complex task.
