Hello Everybody,

First of all, I would like to update you about my Europython presentation.

The presentation went well and I am sure has generated some interest in the
project and hopefully we get more contributors in the project. The
presentation and module itself can be downloaded from

http://downloads.tryton.org/europython2010/training.tgz
and
http://openlabs.co.uk/ep2010/tryton.html
(@cedk, could you please fix the 403 on the presentation.zip so that anybody
who wants to reuse the presentation could use it)

Now, back to the issue at hand:

Tryton code (IMHO) is mature enough for us to start thinking of performance
improvements. As discussed with Cedrik, I request all of you to propose or
update tickets with the file and line number(s) of code where you think
there is a performance issue. This collection could later be discussed and
optimised.

@cedk, could you recommend if we should start thinking of patches/diff also,
or just collect the points where we think the issues exist.

Issue for Python optimisation: https://bugs.tryton.org/roundup/issue1627
<https://bugs.tryton.org/roundup/issue1627>Issue for SQL optimisation:
https://bugs.tryton.org/roundup/issue1628

It could be great if you could also mention why you think there is a
performance issue, and what the solution would be

Thanks
