For me the current and your patched menu are visually the same.

Now we have one toolbar with three kinds of buttons: simple button(save, reload,...), choose button with icon (print, action, relation) and a choose button without icon (menu): My opinions: * To reduce complexity, for me the menu button should have an icon, too. * If possible the triangle for choosing at a choose button should be closer to the button it is associated to. For now the triangle is in the middle between two buttons. Maybe combine both to a single button with choosing functionality could be the best. * Close button can be removed, since it duplicates the close button on the tab. In general I am missing a vision/roadmap/goal for the evolution of the client. Server side everything is a kind of clear, all power to active record pattern and a rapid prototyping framework. > -- > Nicolas Évrard > > B2CK SPRL > rue de Rotterdam, 4 > 4000 Liège > Belgium > Tel: +32 472 54 46 59 > E-mail/Jabber: [email protected] > Website: http://www.b2ck.com/ > -- Udo Spallek ------------------------------------ virtual things Preisler & Spallek GbR Munich - Aix-la-Chapelle Windeckstr. 77 81375 Munich - Germany Tel: +49 (89) 710 481 55 Fax: +49 (89) 710 481 56 [email protected] http://www.virtual-things.biz -- [email protected] mailing list
