Just tested some more Transifex. There are more issues than just the
headers:
- it seems to remove the fuzzy tag and remove the proposal so it
ends with an empty translation.
- it seems to remove the report translation
- it drops translations with the same msgctxt (especially the view
translations).
- it adds 2 empty lines at the end of the file.
I just compare the es_MX translation with the es_ES from repository.
