This is the doc/, there is some description about how to translate them
[1] but until now, nobody has write the patch for [2] to use it.
The description in __tryton__.py was pointless and duplicate with the
doc/
So this change follow the KISS principle we apply on Tryton.
I don't see why an administrator needs again to read a description of a
module before activate it on the database when he already install in on
the system.
