Why not? IMHO, it's important that the documentation is near to the application. People (installer users and end users) want to find help and information quickly inside the application, for them it will be difficult to browse and search in an external web page if it is not directly linked. And in the external web page will be only information about the tryton core modules, so sometimes they will not find the information they search, assuming they try to search it.

Yes, but it could not be the unique place were to consult the documentation. As I said, it's important to make the documentation and its translation in a single place to avoid doing the job twice. But the documentation could be consulted inhttp://doc.tryton.org/ and also inside of the tryton framework, for example.
