i am really sorry but i dont understand why you restrict so hard against doing collaboration in a positive way. you can look at quite a few other projects and might see that a good tone has evolved semi-standard nowadays. Never did i ask for a thanks below every codereview, this is just a pharce and i dont understand anything at all. people contribute for good will and they expect to be treated as humans. Please read all the links from tarun + his post carefully and provide a second patch-set (a funny one at least)
