Hi there, I wanted to use Tryton for a company that is in the landlord business. They manage houses for the owners that rent those out to people to live in.
1. Do you think I can set something up with Tryton that will work "out of the box"? 2. If 1. doesn't apply, how many changes do you think I would need to apply to Tryton? 3. If I can't / won't apply those changes myself, are there people in or around Berlin that could? 4. Is it possible to import the old data (dBase) into the new database that Tryton works on? Sidestory: They currently use a Dos base dBase product, for which their programmer disappeared. If there is a change in the law or a bug that comes up they have a problem. So they are in the market for something else. They have a five seat setup in which everyone just uses the same binary (Win 2000 Dosbox) and data on an smb share on the server and just don't work on the same "module" (table) at the same time. -- [email protected] mailing list
