JFTR: According to german law it is as well possible (even the normal case,
which is reversed by agreement between customer and supplier) to create the
credit note and pass it to the supplier.

This is not another workflow, but simply omitting the (semi-)automatic creation
of a credit note. I don't see the real difference besides having an already
prepared document when working with the wizard.
