I'm not sure if you have ever done much international trade, but I can 
assure you that these terms are not vague (some are not exclusive yes).
For instance.  I received a quote from China on electronics, my price was 
FOB.  Then I've asked them to quote me again on CIF.  So I could compare if 
I could use my own logistic network for better price. 
If I'm a seller, I want to have for instance transport price to the most 
important places, so when a customer ask for a CIF quote, it's practical 
enough (and yes these price will fluctuate over time).  
My point is these terms are not just vague, any trader on Alibaba.com use 
them daily and they do dozens of quotes / day.  It would be unfortunate if 
Tryton's design can't accomodate them.
