I did this on the last version and I get a cost price of 5 for the outgoing move as expected. I'm really wondering if you are not mixing the unit_price and the cost_price on stock move. The first is shown in the interface when the second is not (because it is technical). You can also product form that the current average FIFO cost price of the product is also 5. FYI, I sale the product at 12USD so I see as unit price 12USD on the outgoing move.
