If the second one is picked, we should enforce it by making party
required for any move line on receivable/payable and probably hide it
(+maturity date) for others.
you can make party required for receivable / payable but this is not a 
fiscal requirement
you shall not make maturity date required
is it really possible (in a tree view) to hide a field for a line and 
show it for other line ?
