So this is a try to figure out what an answer could be :

You don't need any installation at all to execute tryton client on a
linux desktop. Just download the code some where in your home directory
and start it.
I have to check in my script if it does more. probably not. May be I
have already something that downloads tryton and creates a shortcut on
the desktop. I'll check for something simple if of any interest.
