For me, it is quite logical to request a delivery address if we have to
delivery goods with shipments.

So this is in contradiction with your previous statement that an address
is not required. In the link, you gave it is said that the address is
required.
But indeed, I doubt about the corectness of this requirement because I
guess I could request an invoice even if I don't have an address.

I guess most of the time, it is because they don't ask you for VAT
number but make a correction once you request to have an invoice with
your VAT number.
