But on a second thought maybe it would be interesting to allow reconciling
any kind of account. That is, only receviable/payable are the ones that
"must" be reconciled normally but I think it can be useful to allow
reconciling others too. It would just mean drop the constraint on the
wizard, but do not change other domains on the application where only
receivables/payables can be used.
I agree that it is useful to allow reconciling any kind of account, not only
receivable/payable ones. For example, we use the reconcile wizard for
reconciling the moves of credit card (VISA) payments with the monthly
settlement from the bank.
We also use this feature in [1] module, it allows move lines of specific
accounts to be reconciled despite having different party.

But that should not be possible if we consider the party as a
subaccount as it was already discussed...
The party in receivable/payable accounts work like a subaccount.
But in the case I have explained, the party is used in move lines with
accounts of type effective or other. The party is only a descriptive
information, it is not like a subaccount.
So I suggest to have a flexible reconciliation by default in tryton
core, and adding checkboxes in accounts that allows a flexible
behaviour, like those:
* Reconcile
* Party required
* Different Party Reconciliation
