Article 3, b: it does not seem to be possible to fulfill this with
free software.
But I guess it is wrongly written and what it means is that the key
should not be available to standard user during a standard usage.

For what I understood there are two requirements:

- The signature of some data of documents (Report in Tryton) using a
  RSA. The signature must be stored and a part of it must be printed on
  the document. I think it is not too much difficult to create a module
  that does that as far as the Article 3, b means what I said.

- The generation of a XML file for a fiscal year (closed or running).
  This is very similar to the French FEC export [1], except that it
  requires more data. At first sight, Tryton has all the needed
  properties. So it is just a matter of generating the files.
