I checked it, and did this on a es_AR.po on a locale/override dir

msgctxt "type:model,model:ir.ui.menu,name:gnuhealth_appointment_menu"
msgid "Appointments"
msgstr "Turnos"

but nothing happen.

When a look into the trasnlations menu, have this record:

"Appointments" "Turnos" "False" "ir.ui.menu,name" "Español
(Argentina)" "Modelo" "-1" "translations_er"

Don't have a clue what is happening
