Officially, yes, you're right.

However, att the risk of getting a bit off-topic: I certainly wouldn't
call Horde 3/IMP 4 "stable" enough for us, and it's probably the same
for many sites having strong stability requirements and a large base
of unforgiving users. The traffic on the IMP mailing lists shows
clearly that IMP 4 is a *great* piece of software, but that it still
needs to mature a bit for production-level usage.
