> swup --install package package-n

Yes, I do the minimal install then add one package at a time with swup.
I really like this concept because each time something is missing, I just
add it and don't have to dig up the CD or search via FTP. So I always
have the minimal number of packages installed to do
the job; sometimes I even delete the package after using it. I believe
if a tool is not installed it cannot be used against you. So I keep only
what I need installed. This is why I prefer TSL over other distributions
always install garbage that I have to search out and remove.

I had this idea this morning of building a searchable database and
putting it online. It would contain the info from every RPM available
for Trustix similar to rpmfind.net but more extensively indexed and
covering only Trustix. With something like this I could search for
example 'dos2unix' and find the name of the package it is a member of
more easily. Just being able to browse database via Web would be fun.

Then I got up and realized I had to varnish the new kitchen cabinets.

Ah, well, maybe tomorrow.
