If I recall Theo's rules correctly, the _default_ part is very important. If the service isn't running by default, any holes in it doesn't count towards the claim (at least that's what he said when they had a root hole in the ftpd). So by that logic, TSL still has "No remote holes in the default install for more than 6 years".
