A bit of topic perhaps.. I would go for a Xeon 5300 series CPU, not the 
5100. The 5100 is based on the old Xeon architecture (think "pentium D") 
and the 5300 is more like the Core 2 Duo part for Servers. Think the CPU 
should work fine with tsl 3 with smp mode (they are dual core.. :)
