Hello transport area, As most of us are now through our holidays, I thought I'd ask again for someone to drive the proposed congestion control working group charter to consensus:

While I said it would be nice if these proponents could continue on as WG chairs or document editors, I want to be clear that volunteering to do this in no way commits you to either.
