Hi!

I managed to fix the build by including *both* lines

    CONFIG_TUP_MINGW=i686-w64-mingw32
    CONFIG_TUP_MINGW32=i686-w64-mingw32

in `tup.config`. I have yet to try that this resulted in a correct tup 
build using a Windows machine. Using Wine does not help much here.
