The latest master (64be9780b8a59f5836f4911c8a10f3254ce124fa, or http://gittup.org/tup/win32/tup-v0.7.3-129-g75a8db9.zip for Windows) should have these regressions fixed. Please give this version a try and let me know if there are additional issues, otherwise I'll tag this week.
