Turbine and other projects who have dropped the scripts and ant-specific
jars still have a self-contained build process but it does expect you to
have the proper tools installed on your machine. It's the same thing as
expecting make to be on a machine IMO.
I think requiring Ant to be installed is good since now I don't have
multiple copies of ant.jar/xerces.jar on my system.
