RE: [maven][jrcs] keyword substitution and regexps

Dan,

Something else we could do is move them to an org.apache.maven.jrcs.tools package. 

That would hint developers into their being tools and not entry points to the library. 
(I also have to write some HOW-TO documentation, of course).
