The core of fulcrum should die. The service code moved to the commons,
and avalon components made by building on the commons packages.

I don't care about Fulcrum but there won't be a t3 release for a while
or if people want to release what's there I will call what I'm working
on t4.

I haven't gone anywhere. I'm working on Turbine full-time just not
what's in the t3 repository as I still consider that a cleanup of the t2
code. Other than the pipeline there isn't that much difference. It works
fine but I personally still think it's not very good.
