The recent commits introduced dependencies that are not available on
ibiblio. Can this issue be resolved, currently I cannot built t2. I know
the maven shared repo idea is new, maybe we need to follow some guidelines
like not commiting changes to the dependencies until they are available in
the repo? Also the use of SNAPSHOT might help some of these situations
also.
