The directory is settable as a property.  I'm just thinking that since the
whole directory is kind of a mess, and there are very few catus tests
anyway, it may make sense to rename it then.  

Jeff, If I submit a patch zip file with the new directory, can you sync that
up with a renamed directory.  Or, even better, if we can get the rename done
first, then I can revamp according to the new directory.

Isn't the location of the sources for the cactus tests settable as a
property?
Otherwise we may just want to rename the directory so we don't loose any
