ok, done.  I created and added the src/test-cactus directory to cvs, then populated it 
with the current cactus test case code from src/rttest.  You'll need to do a cvs 
remove -f src/rttest when you're done with gleaning the rest of the cactus stuff from 
there.  I don't think that the maven plugin needs anything but code in 
src/test-cactus, but if we want to move other stuff over just let me know.

I *didn't* change the project properties wrt the the cactus stuff either.
