The Documentation Module makes sense to me.

There were only three issues:  Correct Issue Tracking URL, Correct Dev List
Details in project.xml, And my Wiki link.  The first two are set to
'Closed'.

Attached are two files:  A patch for the navigation.xml, and wiki.xml which
says "We use a wiki" and links to the wiki.  These came from the patch I
supplied in the Turbine Site issue.

I am not very familiar with Scarab, and it seems to be running slowly
currently, so I was unable to add them to the Issue myself.  Maybe one has
to be assigned before they can modify it?
