As for the speed... There is an issue with the version of Scarab that we are running that is a major speed problem. It happens when try to access an issue from one of the lists returned by a query. The best workaround for this is to manually enter the issue id in the box at the top. I am hoping that when the next release of Scarab occurs, we will be able to get the version we are using upgraded.
