Eric, I'm also following your work with Fulcrum and I like the direction that the things are taking: using an Avalon container, Avalon components and interfaces, etc.
Every other week I build/rebuild from CVS HEAD Turbine, Fulcrum, Torque, etc. And last week I had trouble with Fulcrum but since I had built it before I was able to find (took some time to remember where to find them) and build those dependencies and install them in my Maven repo. Yes, it will be nice have those dependecies in ibiblio/maven or jakarta.apache.org/turbine/repo. Keep those cvs commits coming, better things move than stale.
