*Cough*. And this is, where Maven (again) breaks down. Your
20041018.180618 jar is newer than my 20041016.123304 jar but it is not
a 2.3 Branch jar, but a 2.4 Branch jar...
This whole snapshot / time version jar business was a bad idea from
the start.
