turbine-stratum is still a part of the Turbine 2.3 tree. As we never
made an actual release to the turbine-stratum tree (and probably won't
ever use it outside of turbine-2.3), everyone is still using various
beta versions ranging between b3 and b5.
I took a small amount of time to clean up the stratum tree, shrink
wrap it and make it fit for an 1.0 release. To forget about it
afterwards.
So let's release this bugger and get on with life. :-)
