HI Glenn,

Most projects have some kind of roles (and kind of status, which was on the
old turbine website AFAIK) appointed to people. It will make clear to the
users / customers of the product who is involved in the project and what
they are actually doing. The only part I don't like very much though is the
solution. Since developer could also contain phone numbers, addresses, bio,
home page, etc, I would prefer to have the standard set that is defined now
(to keep it more generic), and you can just add any tag you want to the
developer in the project.xml, which uou will then be able to parse it in,
without actually changing developer.java all the time, which will make sure
people don't have to start their own branch of maven.
It's nice to have the developer list, but it looks a bit strange if one of
them is only an ui designer, the other one is a programmer and the other one
a copy writer, that you don't have some kind of distinction between them.
Hope this is enough "itch" ;)
Also let me know if you prefer the "flexible" way, so I and others can add
any tag to the developer in the project.xml, without changing any
sourcecode..

Mvgr,
Martin
