I had debated whether to add the /issues, but I've seen scarab links using /issue, /issues, /s, /scarab/servlet/scarab, /scarab, etc. And while I know the werken install responds to most of these, it still gets confusing.
I thought users would remember just "http://scarab.werken.com"; better. And if they don't like the redirect, they'll remember the /issues and use it the next time.
