Bob has indicated that he is happy for the werken scarab instance to be used for the turbine projects and he was the one that suggested the apache.org domain name, so this is at least okay from his end. Josh Lucas has indicated that we should be able to make a request to [EMAIL PROTECTED], so we now know who to ask. John has been privy to all the discussion of this so I would imagine hw would have spoken up by now if he had any problems with the proposal.
