The easiest way, and the one I use, is create a build directory in your
project and copy the turbine build scripts and files across. Modify them to
suite your application and then do the same for your application as you
would for Turbine. Most of the build.xml for Turbine is non specific and
highly useful for any project. Once you get used to the structure of the
build.xml file it is simple to add your own targets.
