If you are on a Windoze platform, I suggest Wincvs (http://www.cvsgui.org).
It's free and relatively simple. It took me about a 1/2 hour to figure out
and, at the time, I had absolutely no cvs experience.

Maybe you didn't have any trouble understanding it but I do ;-), as a matter
of facts I don't understand a clue of it. For example how can I access these
CVS files, must I download them one by one ,is there a link somwhere so I
can copy the whole directory ?

If you want the most recent version of the Turbine Services Framework (and
_especially_ if you intend to use it stand-alone), checkout
jakarta-turbine-fulcrum from CVS. Then "ant javadocs" will get you the API.

The rest of the documentation is within the code, but it's pretty well
documented IMHO. I didn't have any trouble understanding it at all.
